Privacy Policy

Updated 16 October 2026. This notice describes the functions included in the static billy-talent-fanpage.de website.

Page requests

The supplied website files do not include analytics tools, advertising trackers, accounts or newsletter registration. A hosting provider receives information needed to serve a page, including the requesting IP address and requested file. Whether server logs are kept, and for how long, depends on the configuration of the eventual hosting service.

Language selection

Only the neutral home address requests https://ipwho.is/?fields=success,country_code to choose a language from the visitor's country. That third party receives your IP address. Germany, Austria, Switzerland and Liechtenstein lead to German; other countries lead to English. Errors or a five-second timeout also fall back to English. Explicit /de/ and /en/ page addresses do not make this country lookup.

A manual language choice is stored in your browser's local storage under bt-language and takes priority over another lookup. You can remove it by clearing this website's browser data. It is not used for advertising.

Email and external links

If you email us, the information you supply is used to respond to your message. Please do not send unnecessary sensitive information. Linked music services, image sources and licence pages are separate websites with their own privacy practices. Images, CSS and page scripts load from this website package; external music players are not embedded automatically.
